I am an experienced facilitator and trainer with 31 years experience with a major blue chip retailer. During the last 13 years, I’ve had a variety of training roles in both Head Office and the Retail environment, designing and delivering training. I also have wide experience of the voluntary sector, both as a volunteer, and in a professional capacity. I’ve worked with teams at all stages of their development.

Early in 2009 I jumped at the chance to leave the corporate world, and set up my own training business, a dream I’d had for a number of years.

I’m passionate about team development, seeing it as the cornerstone of successful business. I’ll work with you to analyse your needs, and then develop and facilitate the solution.
